  • We suggest contacting us promptly once you have a confirmed date for the event. Our scheduling is done on a first-come, first-served basis. Nevertheless, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests.

  • On-site installations.

    To request an on-site installation, kindly submit a quote on our website. We assure you that we will promptly follow up within 12-24 hours to discuss the specific requirements. Once the design is confirmed and you are prepared to proceed, we will send you an invoice via PayPal to secure the deposit and reserve the event date.

    Grab & Go

    Choose your preferred balloon design and complete your purchase through our online platform. Upon receiving your order, we will reach out to you to arrange a convenient date for you to collect your balloons.

  • Upon receipt of the deposit or full payment, we shall commence the customization process for your event's precise color palette.

  • We appreciate all designs shared with us. As per our guidelines, we are unable to replicate the work of other designers even our own work. However, we can certainly draw inspiration from it to craft a personalized and distinctive arrangement for your occasion. We would be delighted to have the chance to create an entirely unique concept for you.

Booking Process

  • For on-site installations booked 6 weeks or more in advance, a deposit of 25% of the total invoice is required. If the event is booked between 6-4 weeks prior to the event, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. However, if the event is booked within 4 weeks of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • To ensure the reservation of your event date and the procurement of essential materials for your design, a deposit is required. Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired date, as our dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All payments must be settled in full two weeks prior to the event date, unless the booking is made within 4 weeks of the event date, in which case full payment is required at the time of booking. If payment is not received in full by the specified due date, the services for your event will be canceled.

  • We do apply a 6% Pennsylvania sales tax for the county area.

  • Invoices are handled through the PayPal payment system, allowing customers to select their preferred payment method from a wide range of options available in over 200 countries and currencies. It is important to note that customers are not required to have a PayPal account to complete their payment.

Payment Information

  • Indeed, we are capable of arranging outdoor events. Our team ensures the utilization of top-notch balloons that are entirely 100% biodegradable. Nevertheless, considering the specific time of the year, we might suggest strategically placing the balloon decorations in particular zones to enhance their durability. While we strive to guarantee the triumph of outdoor setups, it is important to note that weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances remain beyond our control.

  • It is strongly advised to opt for lighter colored balloons when arranging outdoor setups. This is because darker colors tend to deflate more quickly when exposed to direct sunlight and heat. Here's a quick fact: lighter colors reflect sunlight, while darker colors absorb it. If feasible, it is recommended to set up the balloons in a shaded area to prolong their lifespan and slow down the oxidation process, resulting in a matte finish. Please note that we cannot control weather conditions, but we will make every effort within our control to fulfill your setup request.

Outdoor Installations

  • Contact us immediately to start the cancellation process. In the event that full payment has been received and the cancellation of the event occurs six weeks prior to the scheduled date, the client will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the payment, excluding the deposit. However, if the cancellation request is received four weeks or less before the event date, no refund will be granted. Nevertheless, a credit will be issued to be utilized within one year from the designated date of the planned occasion.
